Books

All books not designated for library use library use only are available for checkout.

Books are arranged into the following classifications:

0	General works	Information society, Information processing, Computer, programming, CG, Image processing, How to make books etc. (C, Java, UNIX, Photoshop, After Effects, Illustrator, OpenGL, Maya, DirectX, Shade, InDesign etc.)
1	Philosophy	Philosophy, Oriental thought, Western philosophy, Psychology, Religion etc.
2	General history	General history, General biography, Geography etc.
3	Social science	Political science, Economics, Society, Education, Gender, Folklore, Communication etc.
4	Natural science	Mathematics, Chemistry etc.
5	Technology	Industrial design, Architecture, Electrical engineering, Internet, Web design etc. (Flash, CGI, PHP, HTML etc.)
6	Industry and commerce	Advertising, Commercial design, Communication services
7	Art	Aesthetics, Contemporary art, Media art, Graphic design, Typography, Photography, Pictures, Electronic music, Motion pictures, Animation etc. (Final Cut Pro, DVD Studio Pro, Premiere etc.)
8	Language	Kanji, Other languages etc.
9	Literature	Fiction, Poetry etc.

　　

The following materials are arranged separately:

　(Programming, CG, Internet, Web Creation, Electronic Music, etc.) 　

Further, one part of the library is arranged in the book storeroom. Please approach the counter to use books in the storeroom.

Magazines

Excluding current issues, magazines are available for check out. Current issues are for library use only.
The previous year’s worth of issues are each on the shelves, and issues preceding these are stored in the storeroom.
Please approach the counter to use back number issues in the storeroom.

Please search for available titles and volumes through the Magazine List or the Periodical List.

CDs

CDs are available for checkout.
Please fill out the application form when checking out CDs.

Please bring the empty jewel cases of the CD you would like to checkout to the counter.

CD-ROMs

CD-ROMs are available for checkout.
Please fill out the application form when checking out CD-ROMs.

Please bring the empty jewel cases of the CD you would like to checkout to the counter.

DVD-ROMs

DVD-ROMs are not available for checkout. DVD-ROMs are restricted to library use only.

Please bring the empty DVD cases of the DVD you would like to use a DVD-ROM.

DVDs

DVDs are not available for checkout. DVDs are restricted to library use only.
The copyright permissions of certain DVDs have been granted and are therefore available for checkout.

Please bring the empty DVD cases of the DVD you would like to use a DVD-ROM.
＊DVD’s available for checkout have white stickers on the package, whereas DVD’s not available for checkout have red stickers.

Videos

Videos are not available for checkout. Videos are restricted to library use only.
The copyright permissions of certain videos have been granted and are therefore available for checkout.

Video jackets are filed into genres. Please bring the files of the videos you would like to use to the counter.
