仮パスワード発行のお知らせ

パスワード設定規則の変更にともない、2006年1月17日12時（日本時間）時点において、アカウント及びメーリングリスト管理者のパスワードが変更されていないものに対して、仮パスワードを発行しました。→アナウンス（全体向け）
仮パスワードは電話にて受付ますので、お手数ですがIAMAS事務局（0584-75-6600）までお問い合わせください。

Issuing Temporary Passwords

Along with the change in password setting rules, on January 17, 2006 at 12:00 (Japan Time) temporary passwords were issued to individuals whose accounts and mailing list administrator passwords had not been changed. →Announce (public)

現在、下記2つのパスワードは統合されて１つになっています。

• メール/Webのパスワード(UNIX系)
• Windowsドメインへのログオンパスワード(Windows系)

下記の方法に従って変更すれば、メールのパスワードとWindowsドメインのパスワードは双方ともリアルタイムで同じものに変更されます。個別に変更す る必要はなくなりました。
変更は、WebベースのGUIで行うことができます。こまめに変更するなど、引き続き管理には注意して利用してください。

The two passwords below have been integrated, and now have become one.

• Email/Web Passwords (UNIX)
• Windows domain login password (Windows)

If you change the passwords following the instructions below, then your email password and your Windows domain password will both be changed into the same password in real time. It is no longer necessary to change the passwords separately.
Changes can be done on the Web-based GUI. Please be careful to frequently change your password, along with other continued management.

• 下記URLにブラウザでアクセスします。

下記のログイン画面が表示されます。

• Access the URL below through your browser.

The following login screen will be displayed.

• POP-ID欄に、自分のUserIDを入力します。
  (例：yourid04 ）
• パスワード欄に、自分の初期のパスワードを入力します。(例：XYｐQsRｔ)
• 「LOGIN」をクリックすると、下記のような管理画面が表示されます。

• Enter your UserID into the POP-ID field. (Example: yourid04)
• In the password field enter your default password. (Example: XypQsRt)
• When you click login the following management screen will be displayed.

• 『パスワード管理』をクリックすると、下記のような画面が表示されます。

• When you click the Password Management Menu an password management screen like the one below will be displayed.

• 変更後パスワード欄に新しいパスワードを入力し、「変更する」をクリックします。
  次のA-Fの条件をすべて満たすものを設定してください。ただし、一文字目に ! - は利用できません。
  A. パスワードの長さは最小6 文字、最大14 文字であること。
  B. 文字はすべて半角であること。
  C. 英字（小文字）a-z を少なくとも1 つ以上含めること。
  D. 英字（大文字）A-Z を少なくとも1 つ以上含めること。
  E. 数字 0-9 を少なくとも1 つ以上含めること。
  F. 記号 - . _ ! # : % = + を少なくとも1 つ以上含めること。

• Enter your new password in the Change Password field and click confirm.
  Please meet all the following A-F requirements for passwords setting. But Symbols !(exclamationmark) and -(hyphen) cannot be used in the first word.
  A. Length of password requires at least 6 characters or more and within 14 characters.
  B. Only one-byte letters are accepted.
  C. Password requires at least one lower-case letter. (a-z)
  D. Password requires at least one capital letter. (A-Z)
  E. Password requires at least one number. (0-9)
  F. Password requires at least one symbol.　Possible symbols are -(hyphen) .(period) _(under bar) !(exclamationmark) #(sharp) :(colon) %(percent) =(equal) +(plus).
