"KOTOBA-SUKUI" lets users hear message stored by previous users and record their own message to be heard by others visitors. It functions as a communication tool with time delay. 1, "Voice bubble" is chose and scoop. 2,"Voice bubble" is opened by the lid; it will come out the message which the previous user left will be leaved. 3, After get the previous user’s message, It will leave a message for next user. 4, The lid on "voice bubble" (containing the message) and put it in water. “KOTOBA-SUKUI” is the meaning referred to as “scooping up the words” in Japanese. We concentrate on taking in the meaning in conversation, and we tend to forget for there to be voice. Human spoken words are not visible in themselves, yet I often have the subjective feeling that they are somewhat tactile and occupy a certain space that one could artistically represent as various volumes or solid shapes. To show my sensation of solidified human voices in conversations, I created the interactive system "KOTOBA-SUKUI."
