ある場所を訪れ、なにかを感じ、考える。その経験をメディアとともに変換し、表し、伝え合う。それらが混じり合う空間の中で、あらたな「場所」が生まれ、わたしたちの「感覚」も変容していく…
　このプロジェクトでは、映像や音響等のセンサリー・メディアによる「場所」の表象を多角的に捉え直し、あらたな制作テーマを見出し、アート表現の可能性を探っていきます。視覚・聴覚文化論、映像人類学、エコクリティシズムなど、様々な領域にまたがる芸術表現を批評・検討し、研究者・制作者の実践や知見を踏まえながら、参加メンバーそれぞれが制作のヒントを得て、各自の制作に結びつけていきました。

Visiting a place, feeling, and thinking. Transforming, expressing, and sharing those experiences together with media. Amidst that space where those all intermingle, a new “place” is born, and with that, our “feelings” also transform…
　In this project, we reconsider multilaterally the representation of a “place” based on visual and acoustic expression as sensory media, and in doing so we discover new production themes and search for the possibility of artistic expressions. We review and investigate artistic expressions spanning across a variety of fields such as visual / sound studies, visual anthropology, and ecocriticism. Drawing on the practices and knowledge of researchers and creators, each participant gained inspiration for their own work and applied it to their individual projects.
