OGAKI SOUND MAP

Locative Media Project

This project makes use of a variety of locative media such as GPS receivers to construct an invisible sound map of the area around Ogaki Castle Park, forming a unique experience for the participants. The necessary equipment can be borrowed from the Ogaki Event House.

CCCity makes use of innovative Creative Commons licensed contents, and takes as its theme town transformation. In this case, we created a participatory work that focuses on the control and interpretation of places using innovative contents. The childrenユs game this work is based on revolves around the principle of controlling a home base, and allows the players to participate while walking around the city's streets. CCCity Game uses PlaceEngine technology.


Ogaki History - Time Layer in Ogaki

This project uses the drilling data of the strata within Ogaki City and VR technology developed at IAMAS to display the accretion of strata and the passage of time from a standpoint of historical geography. Ogaki History - Time Layer in Ogaki uses PlaceEngine technology.
