本作は、久松真一記念館を舞台に、私的な記憶がどのように持続しうるのかを、役割の再配置を通して検討する試みである。作者はこれまでの経験から、私的な記憶が容易に残らず、関係が断たれた瞬間に行き場を失ってしまう状況に立ち会ってきた。そうした問題意識のもと、本作では、記憶を保存するためにモノだけを移動・保全するのではなく、従来の役割を組み替えることで、記憶が持続する場の立ち上げを試みる。

This work, set in the Shinichi Hisamatsu Memorial Museum, attempts to explore how personal memories can persist through the rearrangement of roles. From past experiences, the author has witnessed situations where personal memories do not easily remain, and where memories lose their place the moment the relationship between memory and person is severed. With this awareness of the problem, this work attempts to create where memories can persist not by simply moving and preserving objects to preserve memories, but by rearranging conventional roles.
