This research regards networks as culture and visualizes the mutual
relationship between networks and culture in an attempt to find
relationships through different perspectives in the world and the
attainment of perspectives toward new free culture.
A system is a concrete example of a culture, socially recognized and
owning a stylized set of rules. The Internet forms networks through
various transmission protocols, and is a system of owned and created
under a shared understanding through social groups, and can therefore
also be considered a culture. Currently, the Internet functions as a
cross-disciplinary cultural platform that spans across physical
boundaries, various cultures and media, and the boundary between online
and offline. It is spreading as a medium for the work of activists and
