This work is a guidance system for visitors to the IAMAS Graduate
Exhibition. Using revolving projectors and ID tags to distinguish
between visitors, the system maps appropriate information in space for
the visitor. For example, for visitors who are interested in interactive
installations, this system can be used to confirm the direction of works
they were interested in. Further, non-Japanese visitors who don't
understand Japanese can explore the space in a language they do
understand. Additionally, the visitors can confirm information about
talk events limited to certain times. As the stone lanterns did in
ancient Japan, the light of this system can lead the way through
exhibitions and spaces of knowledge.
