Current e-learning is garnering attention in educational institutions and society as tool, the likes of which have never been seen before, that can offer efficient education unconstrained by time and distance. However, systems that utilize the advantages in an interactive network are still few, and users are in fact waiting to receive education from the other side. This Cotton e-learning system allows the user to use educational contents in the system, and not only to learn but also to up-load their own educational contents such as problems and materials. This unique e-learning system offers freedom in interactive education.
