I conceived of web design targeted toward baby boomers. This generation of people is difference from those elderly generations in the past in that they have retained computer literacy. This is why present web usability does not consider the elderly. Web usability designed for the elderly does not yet exist. Current web usability has pigeonholed the elderly with persons with disabilities. But they are not satisfied with that. Environment settings that accommodate them are necessary. Retaining a stimulating image, I used new technology to create guidelines and their application for setting up web environments that they can use.
